Dr. KWOK Pang Fei received his PhD from the University of Hong Kong. He came to City University of Hong Kong in January 1997. Previously he taught at Lingnan College (now Lingnan University) and was Lecturer at the Department of Chinese there. He took his undegraduate degree at National Taiwan University.
