Dr. CHAN Yuet Hung, Cecilia, received her PhD from the University of Essex, MSc from the University of Edinburgh and BA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has been teaching at City University of Hong Kong since 1990. She served as External Examiner and External Course Assessor of Chinese education courses offered by the Open University of Hong Kong.
