Personal Profile
I finished the PhD study in the Department of Computing in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in December 2007. My research is mainly in the areas of Statistical Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. My PhD thesis is on Chinese Collocation Recognition from web-based corpora based on hybrid classification models embedded with syntactic and semantic knowledge.
